Are your cleaning products eco-friendly?
Yes, if you prefer the cleaners to use green eco friendly products then please put that on your booking notes and the cleaners will be happy to accommodate your request.
How do I schedule a cleaning?

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No, you don’t need to be home during the cleaning. Our team is fully vetted and trusted to clean your space while you’re away.
How do I prepare my home for a cleaning?
We recommend tidying up any personal items and ensuring that access to all areas to be cleaned is clear.
Are your cleaners insured?
Yes, all our cleaners are insured to provide you with peace of mind during their visit.
What are your Customer Service Hours?
Our hours of operation are:
Monday – Saturday: 8am – 7pm
Sunday: 9am – 5pm
Can I change or cancel my appointment?
Yes, you can change or cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. Before your cleaning a hold will be placed on your card, then it will be charged after your cleaning is completed. Unfortunately we do not accept cash.
Do you provide your own cleaning equipment and supplies?
Yes, we provide all necessary cleaning equipment and supplies.
Can I request a specific cleaner?
Absolutely! You can request the same cleaner for your recurring sessions. However, in the event that your regular cleaner is unavailable due to time off, we’ll provide the option to either reschedule or have a substitute cleaner complete your service.
How do you ensure the quality of your cleaning services?
We use quality control procedures, regular staff training, and encourage client feedback to ensure high standards.

What does a Regular Cleaning include?
Tasks Covered:
- Kitchen: Clean the sink, countertops, cabinet fronts (both upper and lower), and stove top.
- All Rooms: Wipe down all visible surfaces.
- Floors: Sweep, mop, and vacuum all flooring.
- Bathroom: Deep clean of the toilet, shower, faucets, tub, and drain.
- Bedroom: Dust shelving, nightstands, bed frames, and make the bed neat.
- All Rooms: Clean all window sills.
What is included in a Deep Cleaning?
Tasks Included:
- All services provided in a regular cleaning.
- Cleaning of baseboards.
- Polishing of light switches and door handles.
- Thorough dusting throughout all rooms.
- Polishing of backsplashes and faucet fixtures.
- Light organization in all rooms (detailed organization available as an add-on).
- An additional hour for extra attention to detail in high-focus areas.
When am I billed for the cleaning service?
- You are charged after the cleaning is completed.
Please note that our payment processor, Stripe, places a hold on your account 24 hours before the booking as a routine funds verification. However, the actual charge occurs only after the service is finished. This process ensures your reservation and protects against any unauthorized charges.
what is your cancellation policy?
When you make a booking, we hold your spot in the cleaners calendar and we deny other customers from booking in those times, therefore cancellations can really affect a cleaners schedule. To reduce this, unfortunately, we do require a $40 cancellation fee for all customers.
What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?
If you’re not satisfied with the cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours and we will address the issue promptly.
What happens if something is damaged during cleaning?
If any damage occurs during the cleaning, please report it to us immediately. We are fully insured and will work with you to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently.
Can I leave special instructions for the cleaner?
Yes, you can provide specific instructions or details about your cleaning preferences when you book your appointment. You can also update or add instructions through our app or by contacting our customer service team.
