Arionclean Privacy Policy

At Arionclean, your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information when you use our services (our mobile apps, web portals) and visit our website.


1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

  1. Personal Information

    • Name, email, phone number, mailing address

    • Payment method tokens (for credit/debit cards)

  2. Service Details

    • Cleaning appointment dates, times, preferences, notes

    • Real-time location data of your cleaner (if you opt in)

  3. Website & App Usage Data

    • IP address, device type, browser, pages/screens viewed

    • Analytics and cookies to understand and improve performance

Note: We do not link or access any customer bank accounts via Plaid. Our Plaid integration is used only to connect Arionclean’s corporate bank accounts for internal bookkeeping.


2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

  • Deliver & improve services
    Schedule, track, and personalize your cleanings; show you real-time cleaner location.

  • Process payments
    Handle transactions and refunds through Stripe (credit/debit cards).

  • Communications
    Send confirmations, reminders, promotions, and service updates.

  • Security & compliance
    Detect fraud, enforce two-factor authentication (2FA), investigate incidents, and comply with legal obligations.


3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share information only with:

  • Trusted service providers
    • Stripe – to process payment tokens.
    • OneSignal – to send push notifications.
    • Branch.io – for referral links and deep-linking.
    • Plaid – exclusively for linking Arionclean’s corporate bank accounts (no customer accounts).

  • Legal Authorities
    As required by law (e.g. court orders, subpoenas).

All third parties are contractually required to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify.


4. Data Security

We implement technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data:

  • Encryption
    • In transit: TLS (HTTPS)
    • At rest: AES-256

  • Authentication & Access Control
    • Admin portals (Xano, AWS, GitHub) secured with strong passwords and 2FA.
    • Consumer login requires an SMS one-time passcode before accessing any features.

  • Monitoring & Incident Response
    • Audit logs reviewed weekly; alerts sent to our security Slack channel.
    • Documented incident-response playbook to contain and resolve any breaches.


5. Your Choices & Rights

  • Access & Correction
    View or update your personal info in the app or by emailing hello@arionclean.com.

  • Deletion & Portability
    Request deletion or export of your data at any time.

  • Marketing Opt-Out
    Unsubscribe from promotional messages via the link in any email or by contacting us.

We use cookies and similar tracking to understand usage and improve our platform. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not function properly.

9. SMS & MMS Privacy 

This SMS/MMS section explains how Arionclean (“we,” “us,” “our”) processes personal information for our text-messaging program(s) (the “Program”).

What we send
The Program sends transactional/service communications only—for example: booking confirmations, reminders, arrival ETAs, rescheduling notices, service updates, and customer-support messages. We do not use your mobile number to send marketing or promotional texts.

Information we collect for messaging

  • Your mobile phone number, opt-in/opt-out status, consent timestamp(s), and messaging activity (e.g., delivery and unsubscribe events).

  • Information you provide that’s necessary to deliver these messages (e.g., name, booking or service details, support requests).

How we use this information

  • To send the transactional messages described above; provide support; prevent fraud/abuse; and comply with carrier/industry and legal requirements.

Sharing

  • We do not sell your personal information and do not share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.

  • We share limited data with service providers (e.g., messaging platforms, wireless carriers, customer-support tools) solely to deliver messages and support our operations.

Your choices

  • Opt out: Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message to cancel. We’ll send a one-time confirmation and stop texting you from that Program.

  • Help: Reply HELP for assistance or contact hello@arionclean.com.

Message terms

  • Message frequency varies based on your activity (e.g., bookings). Message & data rates may apply.

  • Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

Retention & security

  • We retain SMS/MMS consent records and messaging logs as long as needed to operate the Program and meet legal/carrier requirements, then delete or de-identify them. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information.
