Arionclean provides professional cleaning services to residential and/or commercial customers. The scope, frequency, and cost of services are detailed during the booking process or in your service agreement.

We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or beyond what was agreed upon.

 2. Booking & Cancellations

 Appointments must be booked in advance.
-You may reschedule or cancel an appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee.

 3. Payments
  •  Payments must be made at the time of booking or upon completion of the service, as agreed.

4. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure the best possible service, customers must:

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us.
If you’re not happy with the service, please contact us within 24 hours and we’ll return to re-clean the affected areas at no extra charge.

6. Liability

Arionclean is fully insured and takes great care during service.
 We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items not disclosed as fragile.
We are not responsible for damages caused by incorrect instructions or unsafe conditions.

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any information you provide to us is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not share or sell your personal data without consent.

 8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon posting.

 9. SMS
